18+ policy
Contagious Queer is intended for adults. Some sections discuss adult sexuality candidly and link to external 18+ platforms. If you are not 18 (or the age of majority where you live), this site is not for you.
How the age gate works
On your first visit we ask you to confirm you're 18 or older. If you confirm, we set a single functional cookie
(cq_age) so you aren't asked again on every page. The gate blocks the page for people who haven't
confirmed; it doesn't track you. You can clear the cookie any time.
This page is labelled for adult content using the RTA ("Restricted To Adults") convention and
standard rating: adult metadata, so family-filtering tools and operating-system parental controls
can recognise and filter the site.
Zero tolerance
- No minors, ever. No person under 18 appears or is referenced in any sexual context anywhere on this site. Our illustrations are abstract geometry and depict no people at all.
- No non-consensual content. "Leaks," hidden-camera material, doxxing and other non-consensual intimate imagery are never hosted, embedded or linked.
- External partners we link are legal, consensual, adults-only platforms that operate their own age and consent verification.
For parents & guardians
If you share a device with someone under 18, please use parental-control software and OS-level content filters. The RTA label above helps those tools identify this site. Useful starting points include the filtering controls built into iOS, Android, Windows and macOS, and network-level tools from your ISP.
Reporting
If you ever believe something here violates this policy, tell us immediately via contact and we will investigate and remove it. We take this more seriously than anything else on the site.
